How does shipping work in your online store?

Can I request a shipping quote to my address?

Of course. First Create an Account and fill in the Shipping Address under the Addresses tab. You will then be able to use the “Add to Quote” button for each item and submit the quote on this page.

Can I request a pricing quote?

Of course. First Create an Account and fill in the Shipping Address under the Addresses tab so we can account for freight. You will then be able to use the “Add to Quote” button for each item and submit the quote on this page.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You’ll receive an email notification immediately confirming we’ve received your order. Once your order has shipped you’ll receive another notification containing the tracking number.

You can also login to your account dashboard and view tracking info under the Orders tab.

If you can’t login you can reset your password or look up the order here if you know the Order # and billing email.
